Shipment Tracking Information
Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Order processing may take 2-5 business days or longer for special orders (orders over $500).
Delivery Times
Delivery times range from 7 to 10 business days. Free Shipping delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days.
Free Shipping
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped at no cost to you. We reserve the right to choose our own shipping method.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. You can select your preferred shipping option during checkout.
Returns
Return shipping charges for items not covered under warranty or for those that are not defective will be deducted from any refunds issued.

Shipping and Delivery Issues
If your order is lost or damaged, the carrier will need to conduct an investigation. Please contact Alwesbo within 10 business days of the shipment date to initiate a case. If the package cannot be located, the carrier will process a claim for the package, which can take up to two weeks. Once the carrier accepts responsibility for the loss or damage, insurance reimbursement will be issued to us, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped. If the item(s) are no longer available and no similar item is accepted, Alwesbo will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any discrepancies with your order, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact Alwesbo to make the necessary corrections. Product discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days to be eligible for a replacement. Please do not use any items you believe to be incorrect, as this may void your ability to exchange or return the items.
For international shipping concerns, please refer to our International Shipping Issues section. If your item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. You will be asked to provide photos of the item(s) to help us resolve the issue more efficiently.
Packaging
In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging (such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc.), Alwesbo reserves the right to replace the packaging of products sold. However, we cannot guarantee replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
